Class: Senior
Sport: Volleyball
Currently: Gubler is back for her fourth season as the Tribe's starting setter, and came into the 2001 season as the school career leader with 3,755 assists. In 14 matches this year, she has already amassed 471 assists, an average of 11.49 per game. A Virginia Sports Information Directors second-team all-state selection last year, Gubler also has 116 digs, 30 kills and 11 service aces for 11-3 William & Mary, which is undefeated in conference play.
Looking back: The starting setter for the Trailblazers, Gubler led her squad to the 1997 4A state championship as a senior. She earned first team all-Sunset Division honors during her final two seasons and was named the Sunset MVP after her final prep campaign.
