Sarah Ralston is president of the new communications division at Schadler Kramer Ralston Public Relations.

Jacquelynn Coronado and Danielle Birkin joined Faiss Foley Merica. Judy Chappell is a media buyer at sister company Outback Media.

Teri May is an advertising account manager at What's On, the Las Vegas Guide.

Larry Dunn is managing officer for the East Warm Springs/McCarran business banking office of Wells Fargo Bank.

Mark Olson is president and partner of Ballard Communications, which was renamed Olson-Ballard Communications. Founder Mike Ballard, who remains chairman, was named chief operating officer of the software firm Systems Research & Development.
