The founding president of the CineVegas International Film Festival, which merged this year with the Entertainment Development Corp., is stepping down as the EDC's president and chief operating officer.
Paul Bodner will remain as an adviser to the CineVegas board of directors, said Mark Tratos, EDC's board chairman. The CineVegas board serves in an advisory capacity to the EDC board.
Bodner has formed a new company, Creative Resource Group, that will produce Las Vegas-based theatrical, television and feature film projects.
Tratos said Mimosa Jones would continue as chief executive officer of the EDC and administer the organization.
