Randel Scott Bartle
Randel Scott Bartle, 47, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. A resident for 38 years, he was born Sept. 17, 1954, in Salt Lake City.
He is survived by his significant other, Cookie Sena, and two children, Lexus Sena-Bartle and Jillian Sena-Bartle, all of Henderson; his mother, LaNae MacBan, two brothers, Brent Bartle and David Bartle, and three sisters, Terri Puckett, Carrie Comrie and Lori Skendivich, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Tuesday in the LDS chapel at 9825 W. Desert Inn Road. Burial will be in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson. American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane, is handling arrangements.
J.C. Richard Cepeda
J.C. Richard Cepeda, 20, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born July 18, 1981, in Guam.
He is survived by his parents, Roman and Bernice Cepeda of Las Vegas; four brothers, Roman G. Cepeda, Edwin Cepeda and Vincent Cepeda, all of Las Vegas, and Kenneth Cepeda of Guam; and one sister, Orlean Diaz of Guam.
Visitation is scheduled 4 p.m. until an 8 p.m. rosary Tuesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be noon Wednesday in Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 5485 E. Charleston Blvd. Burial will follow in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
John Q. Crow
John Q. Crow, 76, of Georgetown, Texas, died Friday in Austin, Texas. He was born Feb. 22, 1925, in Atlanta. A former Las Vegas resident, he was an electrician and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Adeline; two sons, Van Crow of Lewiston, Idaho, and Todd Crow of Kansas City, Kan.; one daughter, Diana Crow of Louisville, Colo.; one sister, Corrie Pruitt of Atlanta; seven grandchildren and four grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Cook-Walden/Davis Funeral Home, Georgetown, is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the American Heart Association, West Williamson Division, P.O. Box 581, Georgetown, TX 78627.
Thomas Fitch
Thomas Fitch, 32, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. A bartender, he was born Jan. 24, 1969, in New York.
No local services are scheduled. Services will be in Rochester, N.Y. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Sherry 'Darlene' Howard
Sherry "Darlene" Howard, 55, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born June 24, 1946, in Refugio, Texas. A resident for eight years, she was an agent in the tourism industry.
She is survived by her husband, Ray; one daughter, Roxane Kingham, and one son, Clint Howard, both of Las Vegas; her mother, Belle Smith of Port Lavaca, Texas; her father, Bruce Smith of Slidell, La.; four sisters, Brucene Galvan and Cindy Petersen, both of San Antonio, Carrie Muller of Victoria, Texas, and Suzanne Jaster of Austin, Texas; one brother, Bobby Smith of Victoria; her grandmother, Mrs. Herbert Dunlap of Port Lavaca; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Jones.
Arvell Bingley Jones
Arvell Bingley Jones, 54, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born June 24, 1947, in Fresno, Calif. A resident for two years, he was a manager of an apartment complex.
He is survived by two brothers, Michael Jones and Stephen Jones, and two sisters, Dreena Butterfield and Susan Jorn, all of California.
Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling private arrangements.
Rochelle Deane Patton
Rochelle Deane Patton, 45, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Henderson. She was born Dec. 18, 1955, in Topeka, Kan. A resident for 4 1/2 years, she was a lead correction specialist.
She is survived by her husband, Kevin J.; two daughters, Traci Deane Patton and Nicole Leane Patton, both of Las Vegas; her father, Stanley Black, and one sister, Yan Black, both of Topeka; and one brother, Michael Black of Houston.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Topeka. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Murtha Mae Schuder
Murtha Mae Schuder, 86, of Las Vegas and Utah died Thursday in Beryl, Utah. She was born March 24, 1915, in Lansing, Mich.
She is survived by two sons, Gene Schuder of Beryl and Richard Schuder of Las Vegas; one daughter, Shirley Karabin of Stafford, Va.; five grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Friday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Anthony Che Smith
Anthony Che Smith, 18, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 8, 1983, in Albuquerque. A resident for 15 years, he was a high school student.
He is survived by his father, Alan Smith, and his mother, Jae Song, both of Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Barbara Smith of Las Vegas and Cheil Song and Phong Cho, both of Song-Ton, Korea.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will be private.
Adrian Renard Williams
Adrian Renard Williams, 23, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born May 25, 1978, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a carpenter.
He is survived by two daughters, Adrianna Williams and Andejia Williams, his mother, Katherine Williams, his father and stepmother, Lonnie Ray and Kathryn Jones, two brothers, Deshon Tyler and Alandis Gibson, four sisters, Amber Williams, Ashley Williams, Annikka Williams and Ambreezia Williams, and his grandmother, Mary Randel, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be noon Wednesday in Greater Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church, 1915 Lexington St. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
