Because of an error by the Sun, misinformation was contained in a story on page 2B in the Metro section of Friday's Sun concerning a legal action by the Nevada ACLU. The organization actually filed a motion in U.S. District Court in Reno to intervene in a pending lawsuit in that city. The Sun regrets the error.
