StumbleLetter: Highway trash looks terrible

My wife and I recently returned from a trip to Idaho, Oregon and Washington. We went on Interstate 15 from exit 44 to 64, where we went north on Highway 93. We were disgusted to have to look at the 20-mile garbage dumps along the freeway. It looks terrible!
Does the county and state not know of all the garbage? They are afraid to use people from the jail anymore because of the driver who killed those kids picking up trash.
Guess the problem will take care of itself. Hope we can get lots of wind to blow it into Utah.
