Aristocrat Technologies Inc. will begin moving into an 82,000-square-foot, three-story building near Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport in January, Thomas & Mack Development Group announced Tuesday.
The McCarran Center building will be Aristocrat's consolidated North American headquarters, and will house about 400 of Aristocrat's 600 U.S. employees.
Functions that will be housed at Aristocrat's headquarters include the company's executive offices, showroom, business and financial services, technology, sales, marketing, human resources and training.
Aristocrat will keep a separate manufacturing center in operation in Las Vegas, as well as a research and development center in Tucson.
Parent company Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. is based in Sydney, Australia, and is a global manufacturer of slot machines. It acquired Las Vegas-based Casino Data Systems in July.
Thomas & Mack's McCarran Center, located at Warm Springs Road and the Beltway, is a 1.45 million-square-foot master planned business park. Tenants include Harrah's Entertainment Inc., Nextel Partners, UPS, Nevada State Bank, Allstate Insurance and American Airlines.
