Sierra Vista 107, Paradise Christian 47: Garrett Schofield poured in 33 points and Spencer Schofield added 17 points as the Mountain Lions won their first varsity contest.
Palo Verde 85, Clark 66: The Panthers got 18 points from Andy Gums, 17 from Lendor Coney, 15 from Todd LaMasters and 14 from Marcus Simon in the win. Mike Philogene scored 19 points for the Chargers.
Centennial 78, Coronado 45: Matt Sterrett and Chris Fuller racked up 18 points apiece for Centennial.
Silverado 34, Moapa Valley 30: Corey Tyler and Chris McCoy scored nine points each for Silverado.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
Sierra Vista 48, Paradise Christian 17: Oprah Alexander scored 16 points and grabbed 18 rebounds to help the Mountain Lions win their varsity debut.
Bonanza 71, Valley 46: Lyndsay Gensler led the Bengals with 26 points while Jennifer Davey contributed 17, and Serrita Coleman 11; Valley was paced by Ashley Gibson's 13 points.
Centennial 77, Basic 39: Rachael Schein led Centennial with 19 points and five steals.
Green Valley 49, Western 42: Jan Hubbard had 12 points and Jennifer Todd 11 for the Gators.
