Three LV hotels named among North America’s best

Las Vegas Strip hotels Bellagio, Four Seasons and the Venetian were named among North America's 50 best hotels by readers of Conde Nast Traveler magazine.
The list, published in the magazine's November issue, ranked the Bellagio at No. 15, Four Seasons at No. 35 and the Venetian at No. 44.
The magazine received responses from about 29,000 readers in this year's survey. Respondents were asked to rate hotels based on the quality of their rooms, service, food and restaurants and location. The score used to rank the properties was based on the percentage of respondents who gave "excellent" or "very good" ratings on all four criteria.
The Bellagio scored an 84.4, followed by Four Seasons at 79.2 and Venetian at 78.3. The Ritz-Carlton Chicago was named the top hotel in North America, with a score of 92.6.
Despite the strong showing of several Strip hotels, Las Vegas was shut out of the list of readers' top 10 favorite North American cities. Las Vegas did, however, rank No. 1 in the world for best nightlife.
