Gaming people: Recent appointments and promotions

Seamus McGill is executive vice president of sales and marketing, Brian Pierce is vice president of sales for North America while Lisa Waterfield, Tony Tessmer and Dennis O'Leary are regional managers at WMS Gaming.

Park Place Entertainment announced that Ronan O'Gorman is senior vice president of operations at the Flamingo Las Vegas, Steve Opdyke is vice president of hotel operations at Paris Las Vegas and Bill Wright is vice president of hotel operations at Bally's Las Vegas.

Deborah Simpson is an account executive in the showroom sales department at the Venetian.

Margaret Ciorciari is director of business development for IGT Gaming Systems and Anne Molinari is director of order administration at International Game Technology.

Peter George is senior vice president and managing director of international development and operations at Park Place Entertainment. Until last year he was chief executive of Hilton Group PLC, formerly Ladbroke Group PLC.

Dan Roy is corporate vice president of slot operations at Station Casinos, and Robert Crowe is director of finance for Station's Fiesta hotel-casino.
