StumbleLady Rebels defeated in exhibition game

After holding a 12-point lead in the first half, the UNLV women's basketball team was edged by the NWBL Elite, 79-74, in its final exhibition game of the season Sunday night at the Cox Pavilion. Linda Frohlich led Lady Rebel scorers with 27 points and nine rebounds.
The Lady Rebels open the regular season on Friday by hosting Cal State Fullerton at 7:35 p.m.
