Because of an error by the Sun, a story in Thursday's Metro section incorrectly reported the expected time of construction of a new outlet mall being built downtown. Chelsea Property Group plans to break ground near the first of the year.Chelsea's other outlet malls around the country include high- end shops such as Giorgio Armani, Versace, Polo Ralph Lauren and Chanel, but no tenants have been signed for the Las Vegas project. The Sun regrets the errors.
