Lynn R. Boka
Lynn R. Boka, 49, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born May 11, 1952, in Pennsylvania. A resident for six years, she was a management assistant at the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration.
She is survived by one daughter, Geneen Boka of Las Vegas; one son, Phillip Wright, and her mother, Sallie Wright, both of York, S.C.; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Burial will be in South Carolina. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
Bartolo Carrillo
Bartolo Carrillo, 64, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 24, 1936, in Mexico. A resident for 18 years, he was a factory machine operator.
He is survived by his wife, M. Consuelo Carrillo Diaz; four sons, Miguel, Angel, Jeuadalupe and Antonio; six daughters, M. Soledad, Leticia, Maria de Jesus, Angelina, Olga and Delia; four brothers, Pablo, Avelino, Fransisco and Cresencio; 23 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10-11 a.m. and 11 a.m.-midnight Friday. Graveside services will be noon Friday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Joseph W. Chapman
Joseph W. Chapman, 52, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 8, 1948.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Mary Ann Clemens
Mary Ann Clemens, 57, of Boulder City died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 7, 1943, in Delta, Ohio. A resident for 23 years, she was a beautician.
She is survived by her husband, Terry; three sons, Todd Clemens of Henderson, Troy Clemens of Plymouth, Minn., and Tory Clemens of Boulder City; her mother and stepfather, Leona and Bill Vishi of Toledo, Ohio; three sisters, Joann Ulrich of Delta, Lynn Whitacre of Las Vegas and Peggy Ivansco of Oregon; and one grandchild.
A memorial service will be 3:30 p.m. Monday at St. Jude's Chapel, Boulder City. Burial will be in Ohio. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to Boys Club of Henderson, 401 Drake St., Henderson, NV 89015, or St. Jude's Ranch for Children Inc., 100 St. Jude, Boulder City, NV 89005.
Jerry Lee Dominguez
Jerry Lee Dominguez, 68, of Las Vegas died May 21 in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 30, 1932, in San Antonio. A resident for three years, he was a printer in commercial advertising.
He is survived by his wife, Janie; two sons, Jerry Louis Dominguez of Arcadia, Calif., and Jerry Dominguez of San Antonio; one daughter, Patsy A. Dominguez of Dallas; two sisters, Beatrice G. Silva and Mary Sue Rivenburgh, both of San Antonio; two brothers, Carl H. Dominguez of San Antonio and John Paul Dominguez of Tampa, Fla.; and four grandchildren.
Mass will be celebrated 12:10 p.m. Saturday in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 315 S. Casino Center Blvd. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.
Deneen Renee Douglas
Deneen Renee Douglas, 36, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 10, 1964, in Detroit. A resident for 17 years, she was a laborer for the Nevada Association for the Handicapped.
She is survived by her father, Charles Douglas of Detroit; her mother, Cleatis Harris of Las Vegas; two brothers, Markus Avery of Los Angeles and Vincent Douglas of San Antonio; and her grandmother, Luna Carver of Chapel Hill, N.C.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Friday in Greater Bethel Deliverance Church of God in Christ, Hassell Avenue and Revere Street. Services will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Greater Bethel Deliverance Church. Burial will be in Michigan. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Andrea Faith Earle-Fox
Andrea Faith Earle-Fox, died on May 10, her date of birth. She was born in Las Vegas.
She is survived by her father, Hank Earle of Henderson; her mother, Jacklyn Fox, and one sister, Jennifer Fox, both of North Las Vegas; and her grandparents, Phyllis Williams and E.B. Earle, both of California.
American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane, is handling private arrangements.
Robert J. Falatek
Robert J. Falatek, 63, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local health care center. He was born Oct. 29, 1937, in McKeesport, Pa. A resident for 35 years, he was a Marine Corps veteran and a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 525.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Adams Falatek; one son, Damon Falatek of Pittsburgh; his mother, Mary Falatek, and one brother, Donald Falatek, both of Tampa, Fla.; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 2-9 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Jones.
Lucila A. Flores
Lucila A. Flores, 79, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 2, 1921, in the Philippines. A resident for 10 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Eulogio; five sons, Eric Flores, Judge Louis Flores, Eliseo Flores, Albino Flores and Eulogin Flores; three daughters, Edna Morgan, Elsie Bellipani and Marisa Cowart; three sisters, Lucia Aguilar, Lucrecia David and Maura Castillo; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 3-5 p.m. Thursday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Mass will be celebrated 1 p.m. Friday in St. Christopher's Catholic Church, 1840 N. Bruce St. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Friday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Bienvenido P. 'Benny' Gaoiran Jr.
Bienvenido P. "Benny" Gaoiran Jr., 37, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. He was born May 12, 1964, in the Philippines. A resident for 27 years, he was a retired taxicab driver for Lucky Cab Co. and a Persian Gulf War Marine Corps veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Breana Gaoiran of Las Vegas; his father, Bienvenido Gaoiran Sr. of Nevada; two brothers, James P. Gaoiran and Christopher P. Gaoiran, both of Las Vegas; and one sister, Caroline P. Ryner of Vista, Calif.
Visitation was scheduled until 5 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Hal J. Hild, 86, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born May 13, 1915, in Iowa. A resident for more than 20 years, he was a retired attorney and an Army veteran.

Johnthun House
Johnthun House, 81, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born Sept. 22, 1919, in Texas. A resident for 11 years, he was a retired civil service employee and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by three daughters, Colleen Myers of Las Vegas and Linda Ann Taylor and Lisa Blum Kilgore, both of San Diego; three sisters; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services and burial will be in California. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
Melva Irene McKinnis
Melva Irene McKinnis, 73, of Henderson died Monday in Henderson. She was born Nov. 13, 1927, in Calhan, Colo. A resident for 46 years, she was a retired restaurant employee.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Barney of Overton and Beverly Cooper of Henderson; four sons, Robert W. McKinnis of Henderson, Manford M. McKinnis of Reno, Warren J. McKinnis of Las Vegas and Ronald L. McKinnis of Kennewick, Wash.; one sister, Sarah Bolin of Kansas City, Mo.; three brothers, Merlin Goin of Myrtle Creek, Ore., Merl Goin of Shelton, Wash., and Kenneth Goin of Prosser, Wash.; 25 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
Nancy Nouguier
Nancy Nouguier, 84, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local care center. She was born Sept. 5, 1916, in Philadelphia. A resident for 26 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by four daughters, Helen J. Bailey, Joanne Vigil and Mary J. Starjak, all of Las Vegas, and Nancy Lee Henry of Wichita Falls, Texas; one brother, Joseph L. Mullin of Berwyn, Pa.; one sister, Evy DiPrinzio of Philadelphia; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Guardian Angel Cathedral, 302 Cathedral Way. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens. Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Virginia R. Paglia
Virginia R. Paglia, 76, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 31, 1924, in Cleveland. A resident for 35 years, she was a retired hotel hostess.
She is survived by three daughters, Christine Amato, Gail Paglia and Rosemary Paglia, and one son, Nicholas Paglia, all of Henderson; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 5-8 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Harold Porter
Harold Porter, 78, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born May 27, 1923, in Newton, Mass. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired retailer and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Eva; two sons, Harold Porter Jr. of Fairfield, Calif., and Robert Porter of Las Vegas; one daughter, Janis McGlynn of Henderson; and one sister, Jean Holm of Waltham, Mass.

Kurt Renard
Kurt Renard, 81, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. He was born July 3, 1919, in Germany. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired restaurateur.
He is survived by his wife, Renee; and one brother, George of New York City.
Services will be 3 p.m. Friday in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane. Burial will be in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Jack Robinson Jr.
Jack Robinson Jr., 74, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 7, 1926, in Bristow, Okla. A resident for 4 1/2 years, he was a retired aircraft engineer, a Navy veteran and a member of the Lockheed Stardusters.
He is survived by his wife, Judith; two daughters, Jennifer Lone of Yorba Linda, Calif., and Susan Castillo of Fountain Valley, Calif.; one son, Jeffery Alan Robinson of Rosamond, Calif.; one stepson, Cary Paulin of Bow, N.H.; one stepdaughter, Shellie Mohr of Louisville, Ky.; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 6-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the First Presbyterian Church, 1515 W. Charleston Blvd.

Rebecca Stein, 90, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. She was born Dec. 6, 1910, in Folsum, N.M. A resident for 36 years, she was a retired seamstress.
She is survived by one son, Joe "Coach" Stein of Henderson; two sisters, Cora and Marggie, both of Colorado; one brother, Ernest of North Carolina; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be noon Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Alice M. Twining
Alice M. Twining, 63, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 7, 1937, in Muskegon, Mich. A resident for 21 years, she was a retired inspector for a cabinetmaker.
She is survived by her husband, Richard L.; one daughter, Debbie K. Waterman of Jonesboro, Ark.; three sons, Edward L. Waterman of Muskegon, Mark A. Twining of Las Vegas and Kenneth W. Twining of San Diego; five sisters, Pauline Thiel, Florence Bean, Betty Gerard, Yvonne Jeffries and Doris Rainbolt, and one brother, Andy Burrington, all of Muskegon; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Robert Nelson Winteler
Robert Nelson Winteler, 64, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 24, 1936, in Toronto. A resident for six years, he was in newspaper advertising and a member of the Hawaiian March of Dimes.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; two daughters, Catherine Ann DiCarlo of Upland, Calif., and Joanne Elizabeth Breslin of Alta Loma, Calif.; two sons, Robert William Winteler of Kuwait and David James Winteler of Las Vegas; his mother, Anne Winteler, and one sister, Marjorie Tonner, both of Toronto; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Saturday in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
