Lynn R. Boka, 49, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born May 11, 1952, in Pennsylvania. A resident for six years, she was a management assistant at the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration.

Davis has pleaded with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Bush White House to impose temporary price caps on the wholesale costs of electricity.
