Evelyn A. Allison, 73, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 1, 1927, in Belmont Shores, Calif. A resident for 27 years, she was a hotel waitress.
She is survived by two daughters, Toni Kono of Sacramento and Linda Hutchinson of Redding, Calif.; one brother, Marvin Otte of Hemet, Calif.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Rufus M. Brown
Rufus M. Brown, 68, of North Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born Sept. 15, 1932, in Broken Bow, Okla. A resident for 10 years, he was an aircraft interior painter.
He is survived by his wife, Ollie M.; two sons, Phillip L. Brown of Las Vegas and Richard J. Brown of San Diego; two daughters, Melanie M. Townsend of North Las Vegas and Varlie Miller of Long Beach, Calif.; one sister, Ada B. Flemmons of Phoenix; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Christopher Burney, 35, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born March 21, 1966, in Grand Rapids, Mich. A resident for one year, he was an Army veteran and a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
He is survived by his wife, Zina S.; three daughters, Tamikco of Anchorage, Alaska, Latoya of Grand Rapids and Chantel of Las Vegas; one son, Christopher, and his mother, Bessie Burney, both of Grand Rapids; four brothers, Donald Sykes and Ronald Sykes, both of Peru, Ind., and Nimmie Burney Jr. and Winfred Burney, both of Grand Rapids; and three sisters, Sophia Burney, Christine Lucas and Alicia Burney, all of Grand Rapids.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Greater St. Paul Church of God in Christ, 911 N. G St. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements. Burial will be in Grand Rapids.

Oscar Chacon-Delgado, 30, of North Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. A laborer in the construction industry, he was born Sept. 9, 1970, in Mexico.
He is survived by one son, Jerimah Ybarra of Oregon; his father, Jose Chacon of California; his mother, Josephina Chacon-Delgado of Las Vegas; three brothers, Jose Chacon of Mexico, Carlos R. Chacon of High Desert and Ignacio Chacon of California; and six sisters, Lilia Regaldo of Mexico, Martha Chacon-Delgado of Dublin, Calif., and Luz Maria Chacon-Delgado, Erica Manrique, Lorena Manrique and Josephina R. Gallarzo, all of Las Vegas.

Mary Ann Clemens, 57, of Boulder City died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 7, 1943, in Delta, Ohio. A resident for 23 years, she was a beautician.
She is survived by her husband, Terry; three sons, Todd Clemens of Henderson, Troy Clemens of Plymouth, Minn., and Tory Clemens of Boulder City; her mother and stepfather, Leona and Bill Vishi of Toledo, Ohio; three sisters, Joann Ulrich of Delta, Lynn Whitacre of Las Vegas and Peggy Ivansco of Oregon; and one grandchild.

Betty J. Cruickshank, 75, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 24, 1925, in Little Rock, Ark. A resident for five years, she was a homemaker and a member of the Reserve Officer Auxiliary Association.
She is survived by one daughter, Judith Ann Rice of Vancouver, Wash.; one son, Maurice John Cruickshank III of Anchorage, Alaska; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Anthony P. DeBellis, 83, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 15, 1919, in Chicago. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired country club bartender and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Joanne DeBellis of West Covina, Calif.; one sister, Tina Diebold of Ontario, Calif.; one brother, Bruno DeBellis of Hemet, Calif.; and one grandchild.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas J.; two stepsons, Michael P. Feeney of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Matthew P. Feeney of Seattle; three stepdaughters, Sheila E. Delutri and Mary Jo Bouschet, both of Las Vegas, and Sandra E. VanRyzin of San Bernardino, Calif.; one sister, Nancy Caswell of Clifton, Va.; and eight grandchildren.

John Garcia, 60, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 20, 1940, in Denver. A resident for 12 years, he was an accountant and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by four brothers, Frank Garcia of Claremont, Calif., Fortunato Garcia and Richard Lewis, both of Brea, Calif., and Charles Alvin of Denver; and two sisters, Veronica Garcia of Brea and Mary Jane Erlinda of Fort Collins, Colo.

Willis Herbert Gass, 71, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 18, 1929, in Kansas City, Mo. A resident for 33 years, he was a casino security officer.
He is survived by his wife, Betty J.; one stepson, Gary Taylor of Lone Jack, Mo.; and his mother, Wilhelmina Smith of Las Vegas.

She was preceded in death by one son, William Nay Gaston.
She is survived by one daughter, Melissa "Kim" Bond of Clarksburg, W.Va.; one son, Thomas J. Kazuko of Columbia, S.C.; one daughter-in-law, Nadine Gaston of Las Vegas; and six grandchildren.
