Stanley Howard Baker
Stanley Howard Baker, 59, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 29, 1941, in Statesville, N.C. A resident for 26 years, he was an employee at Sam's Town for 23 years.
He is survived by three sons, Tracy Lee Baker of Las Vegas, Scott Baker of Henderson and Chris Baker of Sparks; one daughter, Stephanie R. Baker of Henderson; his mother and stepfather, Betty and Larry Pullo, and one sister, Elizabeth Carol Wilson, all of Las Vegas; one brother, Stephen Woodrow Bowman of Folsom, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will 3 p.m. Wednesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
John E. Bruederle
John E. Bruederle, 63, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born Sept. 19, 1937, in Fullerton, Calif. A resident for eight years, he was a county government building inspector, a member of the Masons, HOG, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, National Rifle Association and National Field Archery Association.
He is survived by two daughters, Lisa Gauen of Orange, Calif., and Mary Cruz of Fullerton; one son, John R. Bruederle of Las Vegas; one sister, Ann Summers of Fullerton; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.
The family suggests donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 1900 E. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Robert Brown Davidson
Robert Brown Davidson, 75, of Las Vegas died May 20 in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 23, 1925, in Highland Park, Mich. A resident for 12 years, he was a retired Army sergeant first class and World War II veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Joan M.; two sons, Bruce M. Davidson and Brian R. Davidson, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Patsy Dempsey of Belfast, Ireland; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Elio 'Leo' Donato
Elio "Leo" Donato, 83, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born July 2, 1917, in Boston. A resident for 24 years, he was a machinist in the shipyards, a World War II Army veteran and a past commander of the Joe Louis Chapter of the Disabled American Veterans.
He is survived by his wife, Helen; two sons, Joseph Donato of Henderson and Cosmo Donato of Long Beach, N.Y.; one daughter, Cheryl Donato of Bethpage, N.Y.; one sister, Gloria Marzario of Holmdel, N.J.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., has arranged private services.
Harriett Eileen Donitz
Harriett Eileen Donitz, 74, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born March 17, 1927, in Kansas City, Mo. A resident for 17 years, she was a homemaker, a member of Ladies Oriental Shrine, Daughters of the Nile and Fraternal Order of Eagles and a trustee of Jewish War Veterans Ladies Auxiliary Post 711.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel S.; and one son, Bob Foxman of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will follow in Eden Vale Memorial Park.
Tyrell Dominion Grandberry
Tyrell Dominion Grandberry, 1, of Las Vegas died May 20 in Las Vegas. He was born March 6, 2000, in Las Vegas.
He is survived by his mother, LaTaundra Baxstrumm, and his stepparents, Tim and Twana Smart, all of Las Vegas; one brother, Damiyon Baxstrumm of Ohio; six sisters, Janyesha Henderson of California, Tyonna Baxstrumm of Ohio, Geneeve Baxstrumm, Janae Baxstrumm and Chenae Baxstrumm, all of Las Vegas, and Quitonya Baxstrumm of Tennessee; and his grandparents, Leonard and Letitia Clark of Las Vegas.
Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. today in Woodlawn Cemetery. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.
Rose M. Holst
Rose M. Holst, 75, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospice. She was born Nov. 26, 1925, in Glen Cove, N.Y. A resident for 13 years, she was a homemaker and a member of the Bingo Hall of Fame.
She is survived by two daughters, Paula Holst of Locust Valley, N.Y., and Patrice Holst-Mastrocco of Westbury, N.Y.; two sons, Peter Holst of Goshen, N.Y., and Perry Holst of Locust Valley; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Eastern.
Nellie H. Jones
Nellie H. Jones, 86, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born June 11, 1914, in Santa Rita, N.M. A resident for 11 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Jeannette Brown of Dana Point, Calif., Margaret Paul of Las Vegas and Elizabeth Smith of LaVerne, Calif.; two sons, Ronald Jones of Placentia, Calif., and Peter Jones of Las Vegas; two sisters, Augatha Torrez and Julia Vasquez, both of Silver City, N.M.; one brother, Lolo Heredia of Central, N.M.; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Jones.
Margaret Josephs
Margaret Josephs, 68, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born June 21, 1932, in Belen, N.M. A resident for 15 years, she was a retired bakery cake decorator.
She is survived by one daughter, Rosemary Villafurte, and one son, Larry Moya, both of Las Vegas; four sisters, Delores, Lucy, Lena and Delma, and three brothers, Albino, Arsenio and Manual, all of New Mexico; and four grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
Suezan Blair King
Suezan Blair King, 73, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born June 21, 1927, in St. Louis. A resident for 24 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, April D. Hoover of Las Vegas and Jerri Moor of Miami; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Norman Kirk
Norman Kirk, 84, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born April 23, 1917, in Buchanan, Mich. A resident for 40 years, he was a retired tool and die maker for a manufacturing firm, a World War II Navy veteran, a member of the Masons, Zelzah Shrine Temple and York Rite Bodies.
He is survived by his wife, Bernadean; five daughters, Norma Carey, Mary Sheffield, Shirley Alexander and Ruth Merkt, all of Las Vegas, and Carolyn Harding of Port Townsend, Wash.; two sons, Dwight Kirk of Apple Valley, Minn., and John Kirk of Keizer, Ore.; four half-brothers; 23 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-5 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne.
Edward B. Lombard Jr.
Edward B. Lombard Jr., 44, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 26, 1957, in New York City. A resident for three years, he was a state government clerk.
He is survived by one son, Keith Lombard of Bushnell, Fla.; and his father, Edward Lombard Sr. of Henderson.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St.
Melodie Miller
Melodie Miller, 51, of Las Vegas died Monday. She was born Oct. 15, 1949, in Lynwood, Calif. A resident for 51 years, she was a clerical worker in the telephone industry.
She is survived by two sons, Marc Miller and Michael B. Miller, her father, Bernard Hummer, and one sister, Shawn Andrews, all of Las Vegas.

Olive Pearl Olson
Olive Pearl Olson, 78, of Las Vegas died May 14 in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 25, 1923, in Iowa. A resident for many years, she was a waitress.

Luella G. Radzweit
Luella G. Radzweit, 94, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born May 4, 1907, in Omaha, Neb. A resident for 34 years, she was a homemaker and a former teacher in the Omaha public school system.
She is survived by one son, Thomas Radzweit of Las Vegas.
