Letter: Animals throw babies in trash

Having served with the 7th Infantry Division during the Korean War, and having experienced a family tragedy, I am not a stranger to death, which is a natural process of life.

I must confess, however, I get physically sick and emotionally ill over these "animals" who throw babies in trash bins like so much garbage.

What kind of humanity can look at newborns -- helpless, innocent children -- and kill them in such a horrible way.

I don't know if God cries when he looks down on us, but I think he must.
