StumbleSibley leads Sunset seniors to victory

Bishop Gorman's J.C. Sibley had a pair of hits, including a three-run homer, to lead the Sunset Region squad to an 11-2 win over their Sunrise Region counterparts in Thursday night's senior all-star game at CCSN's Lied Field.
Sibley and Green Valley's Chris McGovern, who homered for the Sunrise, were named the players of the game. Durango's Brandon Campo added a solo homer for the Sunset, which pounded out 15 hits in the nine-inning contest, and Bonanza's Kyle Tabeek picked up the victory in relief.
