Five airlines serving McCarran International Airport, three of them air charter carriers, have signed partnership agreements with a firm operating an off-airport passenger and baggage check-in service.
Continental Airlines and American Trans Air as well as charter fliers Champion Air, Omni Air and Ryan International have signed partner agreements with Certified Airline Passenger Services (CAPS). The Henderson company now has 12 airline partners.
CAPS now has 13 locations in Southern Nevada, most of them at the front desks of Las Vegas resorts.
Passengers using the service can check their bags and get a seat assignment on partner airlines' flights at the resorts for a $6 fee.
