First the Legislature passes a bill outlawing electric deregulation. I applauded them for that. Now they're considering a bill that would allow deregulation.
What in the world is going on? Haven't they learned anything from California? What's wrong with waiting for two years to see what happens with energy supply and prices?
My guess is they're doing this for the big casinos. I think the public should remember that when electric prices go up again.
