A self-employed father of eight children doesn't quite make enough money to send all of his children to camp.

His wife says the couple have a son and a daughter they would like to send, but they need help.

It would be a growing experience for their daughter and opportunity for their son to express himself and be with other children in a new environment.

Sometimes simple things, such as toasting marshmallows and singing around the campfire and spending time around camp counselors who are positive role models are the memories that a child will carry with her through the rest of her life.
