Donations can help boy to attend summer camp

For more than two years a 13-year-old boy has wanted to go to camp, his mother says, but they just couldn't afford it.
His father promised to work overtime so the boy could go to camp this year. But overtime hours were out of the question after his father broke his leg and now isn't eligible to work the extra hours.
The boy's mother is asking for help so that her son can enjoy the camp experience this summer.
Sometimes simple things, such as singing around the campfire and toasting marshmallows with other children or spending time around camp counselors who are positive role models, are the memories that children carry with them through the rest of their life.
By joining contributors to the Las Vegas Sun Camp Fund you are making a difference in a child's life.
