‘Copters should be kept quiet

Regarding ng the Sun's April 4 story, "Overhead nuisance":
Some tour-guide helicopters are noisy and some are quiet, just as some motorcycles are noisy and some are quiet. They can all be made quiet, but it costs a bit of money. If the owners won't be responsible enough to make these things quiet, a law limiting this excess noise will make them quiet.
If large military helicopters can be quiet, there is no excuse for some of the small, noisy ones flying over Las Vegas. It all comes down to who our city and county officials owe their loyalty to. It seems most are more loyal to big business than the general population.
