Class action suit filed against NLV developer
Monday, May 7, 2001 | 10:54 a.m.
Three residents of Rancho Alta Mira, a 1,350-home development in North Las Vegas, have filed suit against developer Dunmore Homes of Nevada, claiming damages from construction defects.
Buddy York, Chris Masterson and David Zeiszler are seeking class action certification, which would enable them to represent all homeowners of Rancho Alta Mira in their Clark County District Court lawsuit.
Representatives of Dunmore Homes inspected the plaintiffs' homes on March 27, the lawsuit states, but no response to their demand for repairs has been received.
The defendant could not be reached for comment.
