Second angler lands tagged fish in contest

True Ott from Cedar City, Utah, reeled in the second tagged fish in Lake Powell's million-dollar fishing contest. Ott, the owner of a bowling center, pulled in a tagged striped bass on the second day of the 24-day contest. He won a houseboat vacation at the lake, valued at more than $18,000.
