Mildred D. Barry
Mildred D. Barry, 68, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. She was born Dec. 22, 1932, in Jersey City, N.J. A resident for 10 years, she was a retired supervisor for a publishing and distribution company and a recipient of the Jefferson Award.
She is survived by her husband, Gerald A.; three sons, Gerald A. Barry Jr., of Vernon, N.J., James M. Barry of Flanders, N.J., and Eugene Barry of Bayonne, N.J.; two daughters, Patricia Ann Duspiva of New Hyde Park, N.Y., and Doreen R. Calventas of Las Vegas; and 12 grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., handled arrangements. Services will be handled by Houghton Funeral Home in Jersey City.
The family suggests donations to Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, 1501 N. Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas.
Tobias O. 'Toby' Blackburn
Tobias O. "Toby" Blackburn, 31, of North Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 3, 1969, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a painter and a member of the Painters Local, No. 159.
He is survived by his wife, Serena T.; two daughters, Michacla K. Blackburn and Kristiana R. Blackburn, one son, Isaac B. Blackburn, his father, Frank Kevin Blackburn, and his mother, Linda D. Knight, all of North Las Vegas; and one sister, Selaina Wright.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 2 p.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
Barbara B. Bodnarchuk
Barbara B. Bodnarchuk, 74, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 2, 1926, in Chicago. A resident for 14 years, she was a retired seamstress.
She is survived by her husband, Peter; two daughters, Louise Gatti of Appleton, Wis., and Stacie Anderson of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.

Mary Lou Castillo
Mary Lou Castillo, 75, of Henderson died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 19, 1925, in Calexico, Calif. A resident for 11 years, she was a retired packer for a potato chip company.
She is survived by her husband, Ernest J.; four sons, Ernest A. Castillo of Whittier, Calif., Edward Castillo of Montebello, Calif., Raymond N. Castillo of Henderson and Robert M. Castillo of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Robert Vincent DeLanoy Sr.
Robert Vincent DeLanoy Sr., 48, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 15, 1952, in New York. A longtime resident, he was a maintenance supervisor for a housing corporation.
He is survived by one son, Robert V. DeLanoy Jr., of Las Vegas; and his mother, Elizabeth DeLanoy of New York.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Catskill, N.Y. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Hannelore Maria Dutcher
Hannelore Maria Dutcher, 65, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 17, 1934, in Germany. A resident for five years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce; and one son, Eric.

Bonnie Rae Gable
Bonnie Rae Gable, 69, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 27, 1931, in Eagletown, Okla. A resident for two years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Vicki Schroyer, and one son, Steve Eien, both of Redding, Calif.; one brother, Terry Mulholland of Long Beach, Calif.; three sisters, Peggy Smithey of Cottonwood, Calif., Jacqueline Putney of La Habra Calif., and Shirley Judge of Bellflower, Calif.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Redding. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Carolyn S. Gentry
Carolyn S. Gentry, 27, of Las Vegas died April 26 in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 26, 1973, in Las Vegas.
She is survived by her husband, Christopher; two sons, Marvin Jermaine Stewart of Las Vegas and Keith Dwight Hall of Texas, of Las Vegas; her father, Ernest Stewart of Denver; her mother, Daphe Nelson one sister, Dedra Byias of Las Vegas; and three brothers, Robert Nelson of Sacramento, Jesse Nelson of Italy and Landis Greer of Korea.

Pyron Heidt
Pyron Heidt, 77, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 23, 1923, in Washington. A resident for 19 years, he was retired from the Marine Corps and a World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Toshiko; one son, Mark Heidt of California; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. services Saturday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial is private.
Ernest Wayne Hilton
Ernest Wayne Hilton, 59, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 12, 1941, in Missouri. A resident for 11 years, he was a civil service electrician, an Army veteran and a recipient of two Silver Stars and three Purple Hearts.

Richard G. Kobritz
Richard G. Kobritz, 99, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 10, 1901, in Moscow, Russia. A resident for two years, he was a retired vice president in the produce industry and a 32nd degree Mason.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Rose; one son, Richard Kobritz of Los Angeles; and two grandchildren.
Services will be private. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., handled arrangements.
Charles R. Land
Charles R. Land, 53, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 15, 1947, in Beech Grove, Ind. A resident for eight years, he was the owner of C.R. Land and Associates and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by one sister, Phyllis A. Lloyd, and one nephew, Jason Charles Lloyd, both of Beech Grove.

May I. Lockabey-Smith, 87, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born May 19, 1913, in Las Cruces, N.M. A resident for three years, she was a retired waitress.
She is survived by one daughter, Verna Barger of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.

SPC. Larry T. Mossalli, 28, of Las Vegas died April 24 in Italy. He was born Oct. 1, 1972, in Hawthorne, Calif. A resident for two years, he was a truck driver and an Air Force and Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Kristen; four daughters, Kiana Zastoupil of E. Grand Forks, Minn., and Jera Ann Mossalli, Loren Mossalli and Marissa Mossalli, all of Vincenza, Italy; his mother, Arlene Attar, and his father, Najib Mossalli, both of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; two sisters, Nawell Mossalli of Baton Rouge, La., and Marriam Mossalli of Jeddah; one brother, Hisham Mossalli of Baton Rouge; and his grandparents, Dee Martinez and Inez Martinez, both of Las Vegas.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.

Gene Oliver, 40, of Henderson died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 20, 1960, at Scotts Air Force Base, Ill. A resident for 12 years, he was a heavy equipment operator and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy; one son, Michael Oliver, and one daughter, Deanna Oliver, both of Henderson; his father, Gene Oliver of Ft. Bragg, Calif.; his mother, Marion Oliver of Clearlake, Calif.; one brother, Scot Oliver of Washington; and one sister, Gena Oliver of Ventura, Calif.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Additional visitation will be one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Monday in the LDS Valley Verde Ward Chapel. Burial will be in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Barbara Perry
Barbara Perry, 56, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born June 23, 1944, in Hawaii. A resident for 12 years, she was a security guard.
She is survived by one brother, Edwin Perry of Kamuela, Hawaii; and one sister, Hilda Souza of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 6 until 8 p.m. services Saturday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Burial will be in Hawaii.
