LV builders sued

Lawsuits alleging faulty construction were filed against two builders in recent weeks in Clark County District Court.
Three single family home owners of Rancho Alta Mira, a 1,354-unit residential development in North Las Vegas, filed a class action lawsuit against builder Dunmore Homes of Nevada Inc., alleging defects in the development.
The defendant declined comment on the allegation.
And Ridgeville Homeowners Association sued Del Webb Communities Inc., alleging its 16-unit condominium complex at Sun City Summerlin contained defects.
Del Webb declined comment on the claim.
