The general contractor of the Desert Passage mall and a parking garage at the Aladdin hotel-casino sued owner Aladdin Bazaar LLC and a lender, Fleet National Bank, alleging they defaulted on a $488,087 payment for work done at the property.
In a Clark County District Court lawsuit, Fluor Enterprises Inc. seeks to foreclose on the property on the Las Vegas Strip.
Fluor said that because it hadn't been paid, it couldn't pay subcontractors Eberhard Southwest Roofing and Dick Corp.
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
