Dolores R. Adams, 69, of Henderson died Monday in Henderson. She was born Nov. 27, 1931, in Chicago. A resident for 11 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Frank J.; one daughter, Leandra T. Phillips of Henderson; one son, Mark T. Adams of West Hills, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 8 a.m. Friday in St. Gabriel's Catholic Church, 2250 E. Maule Ave. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Cleo Irving Amundson
Cleo Irving Amundson, 86, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 17, 1914, in North Dakota. A resident for many years, he was a document filer for the federal government.
He is survived by one sister, Joyce Hollevoet of Grand Forks, N.D.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Northwood, N.D. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Francis Ayala
Francis Ayala, 71, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. A welder and a Marine Corps veteran, he was born Feb. 14, 1930, in California.
He is survived by his wife, Irene; two sons, Thomas of North Carolina and Frank Jr. of California; two daughters, Linda and Cathy, both of California; five sisters, Candelaria Rico of Las Vegas, Evodia Moreno of California, Lupe Lawler and Emilia Ayala, both of Pahrump, and Maria Faith of Pennsylvania; one brother, Daniel Ayala of Las Vegas; and 12 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 9 a.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City. Pahrump Family Mortuary, 2240 E. Calvada Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Irma Byrd
Irma Byrd, 81, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born May 14, 1919, in Gloucester, Mass. A resident for 44 years, she was a retired showroom waitress, salutatorian at McComb High School in Gloucester and a member of Culinary Local 226 for many years.
She is survived by five daughters, Patricia L. McCowan, Linda Lorraine Littlefield and Pamela Jeane Beas, all of Las Vegas, Carolyn Ann Osmond of Virginia Beach, Va., and Roberta Kathleen Rhodes of Fremont, Calif., 21 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-6 p.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
Jane A. D'Amico
Jane A. D'Amico, 52, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born April 8, 1948, in Bridgeport, Conn. A resident for nine years, she was a county government administrative assistant, current social director and past president of Las Vegas Ski and Sports Club, real estate associate, broker, company president and president of the Danbury, Conn., Board of Realtors.
She is survived by one daughter, Christina A. D'Amico of Bridgeport, Conn.; one brother, Bruce Reynolds of Lovell, Maine; two stepbrothers, Jeff Hulton and Peter Hulton; and one stepsister, Susan Hulton-Curtis.
A memorial service will be 6 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Burial will be in Connecticut.
The family suggests donations to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, 1233 20th Street N.W., Washington, DC 20036.
Olivette Denison
Olivette Denison, 90, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 7, 1910, in Oklahoma. A resident for many years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one nephew, Colin Pressley of Oklahoma City.

Randy Earley
Randy Earley, 28, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 21, 1972, in Kalispell, Mont. A resident for more than three years, he was a tow truck driver.
He is survived by his wife, Janean M.; one son, Nickolaus S. Earley, and one daughter, Kiera B. Earley, both of Las Vegas; his mother, Judy L. Earley, and one brother, Fred D. Earley, both of Kalispell, Mont.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Friday in Spring Valley Baptist Church, 3135 S. Rainbow Blvd. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Evelyn Egypt
Evelyn Egypt, 55, of Las Vegas died Dec. 7, 2000, in a local hospice. She was born Jan. 23, 1945, in Cutbank, Mont. A resident for 25 years, she was a employee at Variety School in the Clark County School District for 13 years.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin; two sons, Gabriel Philip Peek of Las Vegas and Alexander Justice; her mother, Thelma; one brother, Michael McKechnie of Bullhead City, Ariz.; and one grandchild.

Sally Giacomaro
Sally Giacomaro, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 20, 1916, in Rochester, N.Y. A resident for 29 years, she was a retired saleswoman for a clothing company.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph; two sons, Michael Giacomaro and James Giacomaro, both of Las Vegas; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 6080 Owens Ave. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Leona Greif
Leona Greif, 61, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born April 29, 1939, in the Bronx, N.Y. A resident for 12 years, she was a real estate executive and a member of the Greater Las Vegas Board of Realtors.
She is survived by one son, Mitch Greif of Northridge, Calif.; one daughter, Anne Snipes, and one sister, Harriet Cohen, both of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is private. Services will be noon Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

James Grover
James Grover, 63, of Henderson died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 28, 1938, in Rexburg, Idaho. A resident for two years, he was an accountant at a mining company and a member of the Post Polio Syndrome Group.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; three daughters, Jeanie Brown of Soda Springs, Idaho, Effie Okesen of Milan, Mich., and Krysti Davidson of Nampa, Idaho; one stepdaughter, Shauna Dutton of Ashton, Idaho; two stepsons, Teddy Sanders of Los Alamitos, Calif., and Bert Sanders of Hamer, Idaho; one brother, Deroy Grover of Lewiston, Wash.; one sister, Margaret Black of St. Louis; and 21 grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 9:30-10:45 a.m. Thursday with services following at 11 a.m. in the LDS Desert Rose chapel. Burial will be in Idaho. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Barbara May Johnson
Barbara May Johnson, 63, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 4, 1937, in Michigan. A resident for 17 years, she was a hotel food server.
She is survived by her husband, William; one son, Gordon; three daughters, Barbara LePage, Laurie and Sherry; four brothers, Louis, Larry, George and John; three sisters, Bonnie, Ruth and Amy; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will be in Boulder City Cemetery, 501 Adams Blvd.
Jean Kugley
Jean Kugley, 79, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born May 24, 1921, in Illinois. A resident for six months, she was a meat packer.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Curtin and Nancy Kosek, both of Illinois.

Ella Romaine Wilson Martin
Ella Romaine Wilson Martin, 70, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 21, 1930, in Denver. A resident for 21 years, she was retired and was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Nancy Carol Cardon of Troy, Mich., Sandra Ann Held of Santa Cruz, Calif., and Charlean Quintero of Las Vegas; two sons, Thomas W. Jones of Las Vegas and Daniel L. Jones of North Hollywood, Calif.; one sister, Jean Fogg of Riverside, Calif.; 28 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Thursday with a 6:30 p.m. service in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
Russell S. Means
Russell S. Means, 78, of Las Vegas, died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 2, 1922, in Kansas City, Mo. A resident for 29 years, he was a retired newspaper printer and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Debbie Waltermeyer of Olympia, Wash.; one stepdaughter, Judy Celemen of Los Angeles; three stepsons, Fred Soto of Los Angeles and Rick Allings and David Allings, both of California; two sisters, Ruby Merys of California and Betty Castler of Florida; and 11 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.

Marcia S. Nathans
Marcia S. Nathans, 65, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 5, 1935, in Philadelphia. A resident for seven years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Elliot Nathans of Las Vegas; one daughter, Randi Sandidge of Fernley; one sister, Gloria Moret of Los Angeles; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Thursday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Burial will be private.
Lawrence Oesterling Sr.
Lawrence Oesterling Sr., 65, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 13, 1935, in Detroit. A resident for seven years, he was a salesman in an art store and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Rose; his mother, Dolores; three sons, Philip, Lawrence Jr. and Christopher; one brother, Alan; one sister, Shirley Ann; and seven grandchildren.
Services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today with a luncheon following in Christ the King Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Drive. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Charles F. Peach, 73, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 4, 1927, in New York. A resident for many years, he was an engineer for an elevator company.
He is survived by one daughter, Debra Baldie of Melbourne, Fla.

James C. Porter, 38, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospice. He was born Dec. 25, 1962, in Kentucky. A resident for 11 years, he was a retail clerk.
He is survived by his wife, Twila Ekdahl; one son, Brandon; his father, Tom Porter; his mother, Tina Johnson; four brothers, Mike, Rick, Torrey and Tommy Lee; and two sisters, Tanya and Ginger.

Harold Quibell
Harold Quibell, 77, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 2, 1923, in Los Angeles. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired bus driver, a World War II Navy veteran, a lifetime member of the Elks and a member of the Merchant Marine High Rollers.
He is survived by one brother, Benjamin Ruckel of Coeur D'Alene, Idaho; and his companion, Ellie Liebert of Las Vegas.

Mary Ellen Redman
Mary Ellen Redman, 70, of Pahrump died Monday in North Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 13, 1930, in Tulia, Texas. A resident for 40 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Bruce Redmon of Boise, Idaho; her mother, Virginia Brown of Salmon, Idaho; two sisters, Fay Schriener of Las Vegas and Nona Johnston of Klamath Falls, Ore.; two brothers, Jack Johnston of Pahrump and Gary Johnston of Phoenix.

William Roderick, 76, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 17, 1924, in Springfield, Mass. A resident for 29 years, he was a retired hotel bartender and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by one son, Mark Roderick, and his companion, Shirley Price, both of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Marc Dalier; nine sisters, Vera Hartwell-Bean, Mattie Jackson, Patricia Jackson Wilmore, Diane Jackson, Rutha Jackson, Connie Jackson, Delores Jackson and Yvette Burrs, all of Las Vegas, and Carolyn Bevill of Henderson; two brothers, Robert Jackson Jr. and Otis Jackson, both of Las Vegas.

He is survived by four daughters, Lisa Shelton of Oklahoma City, Marsha Shelton of Lithonia, Ga., Mia Thompson of Carson, Calif., and Michelle Finley of Torrance, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

Robert Schrieken, 69, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. He was born July 13, 1931, in New Jersey. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired heavy equipment operating engineer and a Korean War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret; five sons, Mark Schrieken, David Farr, Thomas Farr, Richard Farr and Patrick Farr, all of Las Vegas; one brother, Harry Schrieken of Sandy Valley; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Robert L. Smith, 93, of North Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. He was born Feb. 9, 1908, in Quitman, Texas. A resident for 4 1/2 years, he was a retired cemetery brick mason.
He is survived by one son, Robert James Smith of North Las Vegas; two grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Toni C. Spratt, 64, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 25, 1937, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, she was a retired hotel controller.
She is survived by one son, Robert A.; one sister, Judy Dougherty of Henderson; and one grandson.

Kent Stansell, 29, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 19, 1971, in Washington state. A resident for six months, he was a contractor.
He is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Paula Stansell of Washington.

William J. Tremmil
William J. Tremmil, 74, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born March 25, 1926, in Pennsylvania. A resident for four years, he was a storeroom supervisor in the food service industry, a World War II Navy veteran and involved at the Henderson Seniors Center.
He is survived by his wife, Birdie M.; one daughter, Patricia Ann Tremmil of Charleston, S.C.; two sons, Carl W. Kjose of Citrus Heights, Calif., and Wayne F. Kjose of Napa, Calif.; two sisters, Jane Simpson and Mary Horton, both of Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 30 minutes prior to 10 a.m. services Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.

John Janis Vilensons, 60, of Las Vegas died March 12 in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 9, 1940, in Latvia. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired Air Force colonel and pilot, a Vietnam War veteran, and vice wing commander of the 53rd AW at Norton Air Force Base, Calif.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Virginia "Ginny"; and one sister, Brigita Apalsch.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery's chapel, Boulder City. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 LasVegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Fannie Mae Willis, 76, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 18, 1924, in Jackson, Miss. A resident for 32 years, she was a homemaker, a member of the Eastern Star, a senior companion for the adult day care at the Salvation Army and a foster grandparent for the Henderson Boys and Girls Club for 11 years.
She is survived by three daughters, Mary L. Carroll of St. Joseph, La., and Emma J. Woods and Patricia A. Brown, both of Henderson; two sisters, Ida Belle Johnson of Jackson, Miss., and Rosie D. Carter of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Community Baptist Church, 245 E. Foster Ave., Henderson. Burial will be in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
Steve Wozniak
Steve Wozniak, 78, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born March 9, 1923, in Timblin, Pa. A resident for 11 years, he was a retired tool and die maker and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by one stepdaughter, Louise Bachman of Toledo, Ohio; one sister, Mary Hetrick of Las Vegas; two brothers, Aleck Wozniak of Monroeville, Pa., and Sam Wozniak of Costa Mesa, Calif.; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until noon services Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
