StumbleAffluent areas rarely recycle

Only a small percentage of people who live in affluent neighborhoods observe "recycle days." Just drive through some of the neighborhoods and see how scarce those red, white and blue bins are on recycle days. My friends and people I work for observe, but they are in the minority.
