51s hold open house Saturday at Cashman

The Las Vegas 51s will host an open house from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Cashman Field.

Festivities will start with the unveiling of the 51s' home and road jerseys.

Fans will also be able to try a Dodger Stadium favorite -- "Dodger Dogs." Aramark, the caterer for Cashman Field, has brought in authentic Foster Farms Dodger Dogs for the 2001 season. The Open House will also be the first time that baseball fans can purchase Las Vegas 51s logo items.

Along with the unveiling of the team jerseys, Saturday will be the first time that the team's new mascot will visit.

Fans will also be able to try out seats for season ticket purchases. Tickets for the 51s season and the Dodgers vs. Diamondbacks exhibition game will be on sale throughout the day.
