Thursday, March 22, 2001 | 10:41 a.m.

A creditor of Pot O Gold casino sued to foreclose on the Henderson casino after its owner allegedly defaulted on a $170,000 loan that was collaterized against the property.

In a Clark County District Court lawsuit, Tracy and Elizabeth Delfante, as trustees of the Delfante Family Trust, sued Pot O Gold of Nevada Inc. and its owner, Terry Ellis, alleging they are behind on a schedule to make monthly payments of $5,000.

The defendants could not be reached for comment.
