Anthony Antonacci Sr.
Anthony Antonacci Sr., 71, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Los Angeles. He was born Jan. 26, 1930, in Bolivar, Pa. A resident for 40 years, he was a retired owner-operator of a retail sales company and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice E.; five daughters, Kimberly DeSantis, Toni Antonacci, Danette Bitler, Kikki Antonacci and Donna McCord, and two sons, Anthony J. Antonacci Jr. and Edward M. Antonacci Sr., all of Las Vegas; one sister, Hilda Treasure of Lancaster, Pa.; two brothers, Dante Antonacci of Augusta, Ga., and Edward Antonacci of Ligonier, Pa.; and 14 grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Viator Catholic Church, 2461 E. Flamingo Road. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Parkway, Memphis, TN 38105.
Betty Jean Barg
Betty Jean Barg, 69, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 29, 1931. A resident for eight years, she was an apartment manager.
She is survived by her husband, Charles; three sons, Ritch Anderson, Dan Sumovich and Kelly Ryan; one daughter, Shawana Ward; one brother, Max Meyer; one sister, Margaret Shepard; and nine grandchildren.
Services will be 4 p.m. Wednesday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
James Leo Bolander
James Leo Bolander, of Riverton, Utah, died Thursday in Riverton. He was born Jan. 4, 1914, in Blackfoot, Idaho. A former Las Vegas resident, he was retired from Las Vegas Building Materials.
He is survived by his wife, Ila; three daughters, Delores Runau, Phyllis Lietz and Marne' Lester; three sons, Jim Bolander Jr., Dan Bolander and Kevin Bolander; four stepdaughters, Cheryl Carter, Karen Van Camp, Mary Gilliand and Paula Green; one sister, Marie Taylor; 19 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10-11 a.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Graveside services will follow in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
Steve Alan DePaulis
Steve Alan DePaulis, 48, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born July 20, 1952, in Tucson, Ariz. A resident for 46 years, he was the owner and president of DePaulis Music Center for 25 years, worked as an educator and in music therapy, was a graduate of Valley High School, attended Community College of Southern Nevada, UNLV and Shenandoah College in Virginia.
He is survived by his parents, Al and Delores DePaulis; and three brothers, Larry DePaulis, Lynn DePaulis and Rick DePaulis.
Visitation is scheduled 6-9 p.m. Wednesday with a 5 p.m. vigil in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Additional visitation is scheduled 2-5 p.m. Thursday in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
Lawrence Dixon
Lawrence Dixon, 58, of Las Vegas died Sunday. He was born Aug. 8, 1942, in Ashland, Ky. A resident for 30 years, he was a retired Navy E6.
He is survived by his wife, Michele Stanley-Dixon; one daughter, Casey Jo Phillips of California; three sons, Lawrence E. Dixon Jr., Thomas Dixon and Timothy Dixon, all of Virginia; one sister, Janet Moser of Las Vegas; two brothers, Edgel Dixon of Las Vegas and William Dixon of California; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m. until noon services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

David Robert Droll, 62, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 23, 1938, in Oakland, Calif. A resident for 35 years, he was a retired hotel bellman, a Vietnam War Air Force veteran, a member of the National Rifle Association and the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Estella; one daughter, Julie Pena, and three sons, David Robert Cox, Daniel Russel Droll and Richard Arthur Droll, all of Las Vegas; three brothers, Donald Droll of Las Vegas and Albert Droll and Richard Droll, both of California; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Dorothy Ebel
Dorothy Ebel, 74, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born May 2, 1926, in Chicago. A resident for 20 years, she was a retired medical laboratory technician.
She is survived by two daughters, Pam McLain and Susan Henson, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Edward Havlicek Jr. of Stanhope, Iowa; one sister, Evelyn Pokorney of Stickney, Ill.; and two grandchildren.

Roberto Angel Franchini Sr.
Roberto Angel Franchini Sr., 79, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born July 31, 1921, in Buenos Aires. A resident for three years, he was a retired machinist.
He is survived by his wife, Francisca; two sons, Roberto A. Franchini Jr. of California and Mario Franchini of Henderson; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Earl B. Gibson
Earl B. Gibson, 57, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born March 15, 1901, in Arkansas. A resident for three years, he was a licensed contractor.
He is survived by his mother, Hazel; one brother, Willie Wise; and one sister, Gloria Green Gibson.
Visitation is scheduled 9-10 a.m. Wednesday with services following at 11 a.m. in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
Richard E. Grenier
Richard E. Grenier, 68, of Las Vegas died Wednesday. He was born Feb. 17, 1933, in Montreal. A resident for nine years, he was a retired chemical engineer in the film industry.
He is survived by his wife, Yvette; one brother, Albert Grenier of California; and one sister, Maureen Tryhorn of Vermont.
A memorial service was scheduled at 10 a.m. today in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Woodrow Wynn Grider
Woodrow Wynn Grider, 86, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born March 7, 1915, in Pollard, Ark. A resident for 30 years, he was a retired waiter and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by two daughters, Judy Nastor of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Sherilee K. Hunter of Las Vegas; one son, Ronald W. Grider of Northridge, Calif.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Friday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.
Janet M. Hebbe
Janet M. Hebbe, 56, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born April 12, 1944, in Erie, Pa. A resident for 33 years, she was a retired Golden Nugget supervisor.
She is survived by her companion, Edward Ransome, and three sons, Anthony Fisher, Eddie Fisher and Edward Ransome, all of Las Vegas; her mother, Georgie Jackson of Cambridge, Ohio; five sisters, Betty White of Colorado Springs, Colo., Rachel Jackson, Geraldine Hughes and Lorraine Jackson, all of Cambridge, and Wanda Hughes of Las Vegas; six brothers, Clifford Manard of Cleveland, Gerald Jackson of Las Vegas, Ralph Jackson, Lawrence Jackson and Burkey Jackson, all of Cambridge, and Vigil Jackson Jr. of Renville, Ohio; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be noon Friday in Palm Chapel, Main.

Aurora Hernandez, 84, of Henderson died Sunday in a local health care center. She was born Feb. 8, 1917, in Juarez, Mexico. A resident for 45 years, she was a homemaker and was retired.
She is survived by one sister, Elisa Portillo of Las Vegas.
Visitation will continue until 6 p.m. services today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Additional services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Main. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Memorial Park.
Elnora Hietbrink
Elnora Hietbrink, 64, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born May 3, 1936, in Lubbock, Texas. A resident for 59 years, she was a retired real estate executive and a member of the Daughters of Erin.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; three daughters, Debbie Sheahan of Henderson, Serena Prichard of Sacramento and Robin Spencer of Oklahoma City; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Eastern.
Kazuko Higa
Kazuko Higa, 72, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 12, 1929, in Tokyo. A resident for 11 years, she was a homemaker and was retired.
She is survived by her husband, Shinji; two sons, Stanley Higa and Patrick Higa, both of Mission Viejo, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

Julie Holt, 33, of Henderson died March 13 in Henderson. A resident for 33 years, she was born June 26, 1967, in Carson City.

He is survived by his wife, Rosemary; four daughters, Christina Sanna of Eagle Rock, Calif., Donna Cawthurn of Manteca, Calif., and Marcia Sanna and Rosalinda Sanna; two sons, Mark Anthony Sanna of Eagle Rock and Joseph A. Sanna Jr. of Chula Vista, Calif.; and six grandchildren.

She is survived by three daughters, Marie Wert of Spokane, Wash., and Ruth Hayton and DeDe Valde, both of Las Vegas; two sons, Raymond Valde of Las Vegas and Arthur Valde of Bloxom, Va.; three sisters, Ginger Pene of Albuquerque, N.M., Edythe Farnsworth of Bakersfield, Calif., and Betty Barnes of Texas; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Carol D. Woods, 72, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born June 30, 1928, in Jersey City, N.J. A resident for 25 years, she was a schoolteacher.
She is survived by one son, Frederick R. Woods of Nimms, Fla.; four daughters, Susan Simkins, Margaret Buxton and Cathy Woods, all of Las Vegas, and Barbara Rumeser of St. Martin Island; one brother, Mario DePasquale of Las Vegas; two sisters, Nita Gentempo of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Cristina Guerra of Italy.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be private.
