Lynn B. Cohen
Lynn B. Cohen, 78, of Las Vegas, died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born May 3, 1922, in Chicago. A resident for 50 years, she was a retired bar owner.
She is survived by one son, James Cass of Escondido, Calif. and two grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Henry Eugene Combs
Henry Eugene Combs, 81, of North Las Vegas, died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 18, 1920, in Akron, Ohio. A resident for 33 years, he was a school bus driver and a veteran of the Marines.
He is survived by two daughters, Sandra Berge and Patricia Combs, both of North Las Vegas; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Nevada Funeral Service and Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling private arrangements.
Maria Rosario Fuentes
Maria Rosario Fuentes, 82, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born July 4, 1918, in Spain. A resident for 20 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Norma Gonzalea of Las Vegas; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Louise Gardner
Louise Gardner, 85, of Las Vegas, died Feb. 21, in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 7, 1915, in New Jersey. She was a waitress and a cook.

Gregorio Hernandez
Gregorio Hernandez, 81, of North Las Vegas, died Saturday, in North Las Vegas. He was born April 21, 1919, in Los Angeles. A resident for six years, he was a retired automobile welder and an Army veteran.
He is survived by six daughters, Margie Leon, Mary Salazar and Alice Rubio, all of Whittier, Calif., Virginia Fernandez of South Gate, Calif., Anita Acosta of Paramount, Calif., and Lydia Rios of Hesperia, Calif.; two sons Victor Hernandez and Tony Hernandez, both of Las Vegas; 120 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren and 30 great-great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
William J. Hudema
William J. Hudema, 76, of Las Vegas, died Thursday, in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 10, 1924, in Windsor, Ontario. A resident for one year, he was an assistant auditor general for the state of Michigan.
He is survived by his wife, Doris; three sons, Craig Hudema and Brian Hudema, both of Las Vegas, and Russ Thornton of Somers, N.Y.; one daughter, Ann Las Vegas; one brother, George Hudema of Memphis, Mich.; and four grandchildren.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice.
A memorial service is scheduled at 10 a.m. Saturday at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
Thomas Henry Nack
Thomas Henry Nack, 64, of Las Vegas, died Feb. 20, in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 27, 1936, in Green Bay, Wis. A longtime resident, he was a mathematician for an aircraft manufacturer.
He is survived by sister, Phyllis Hannon of Madison, Wisc.
Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling private arrangements. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Ralph Reid Newsham
Ralph Reid Newsham, 57, of North Las Vegas, died Friday in a local hospital. He was born June 8, 1943, in Shenectady, N.Y. A resident for 39 years, he was a hotel bartender.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Newsham of Las Vegas; one sister, Lois Crow of Sparks; and brother, Gary Newsham of Logandale.
A graveside service will be 10 a.m. March 16 at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
Doris L. Paajanen
Doris L. Paajanen, 79, of Las Vegas, died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 9, 1921, in Cook, Neb. A resident for 54 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Steven Paajanen of Las Vegas; one brother, Paul Rowe of Iowa; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Friday at Christ Lutheran Church, 111 N. Torrey Pines Drive.

Ronald Leo Prochazka
Ronald Leo Prochazka, 44, of Las Vegas, died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born July 5, 1956, in Baytown, Texas. A resident for six years, he owned an etching business in Houston and later worked at a family restaurant in Deer Park, Texas.
He is survived his father, Leo Prochazka of Crosby, Texas; two brothers, Larry Prochazka of Channelview, Texas, and Joe Prochazka of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.; and one sister, Diane Bommarito of Deer Park.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. March 17 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Crosby, Texas.
Valley Memorial Cremation and Burial, 4556 W. Desert Inn Road, is handling arrangements.
Connie Steffora
Connie Steffora, 78, of Henderson, died Monday in Henderson. She was born Aug. 18, 1922, in Carnegie, Pa. A resident for 26 years, she was a retired legal secretary and a volunteer at the Shrine of the Most Holy Redeemer.
She is survived by one brother, Nicholas Steffora of Henderson; two sisters, Ann Corba of Pittsburgh and Evelyn Doptis of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 5 p.m-7 p.m. Thursday at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Mass is scheduled at 2 p.m. Friday at the Shrine of the Most Holy Redeemer.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society or a favorite charity.

Robert Lee Washington, 72, of Las Vegas, died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 16, 1928, in Franklin, La. A resident for 41 years, he was a retired mason.
He is survived by his wife, Katie; seven sons, Tim Cameron Washington, Robert Washington II, Deondre Washington, Robert Washington III, Patrick Washington and Joseph Lee Washington, all of Las Vegas, and Roy Lee Washington of Winnsborough, La.; six daughters, Tonja Washington, Roshanda Washington, Kim Burton and Nettie Fae Washington, all of Las Vegas, and Flossie Mae Brown and Shirlene Washington, both of Chicago; two brothers, Lemuel Washington and Lewis Edward Washington, both of Las Vegas; 40 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Church of God in Christ. Burian will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Harry Thomas Wolford
Harry Thomas Wolford, 71, of Pahrump, died Thursday in Pahrump. He was born Feb. 14, 1930, in Williams Port, Mo. A resident for 11 years, he was a pit boss, an Army and Air Force veteran, and a member of VFW Post 10054.
He is survived by his wife, Joann; two sons, Ron of Las Vegas and Nicholas Wolford of California; three daughters Paula Wolford and Phyllis Wolford, both of Las Vegas, and Lisa Wittbrodt of Illinois; one brother, Charles Ford, and three sisters, Phyllis Henniger, Linda Ford and Delores Droste, all of Las Vegas; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service is pending. Pahrump Family Mortuary, 2240 E. Calvada Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Shirley A. Worgan
Shirley A. Worgan, 47, of Las Vegas, died March 6, in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 18, 1953, in London. A resident for four years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip; two daughters, Chia Worgan and Kerry Wade; one son, Gary Worgan, all of Las Vegas; her parents, Edward and Eve Fordred, and one sister, Leslie, all of England.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Idella Vinson
Idella Vinson, 52, of North Las Vegas, died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 15, 1948, in Memphis, Tenn. A resident for six years, she was a supervisor.
She is survived by her significant other, Frank Buchanan of North Las Vegas; two daughters, Tina Vinson of Michigan and Antoinette Vinson of Las Vegas; three brothers, Penn Vinson, James Edward Vinson, and Dan Fraizer, all of Grand Rapids, Mich.; three sisters, Gloria Jean Allison of Detroit, Mich., and Yvonne Vinson and Tence Hill Graves, both of Grand Rapids; and five grandchildren.
