Joint venture to develop Fort Apache land
Wednesday, March 7, 2001 | 11:25 a.m.
A joint venture by Paladin Realty Group and Galaxy 7 Inc., Las Vegas, will develop a five-acre retail site on the southwest corner of Fort Apache and Spring Mountain roads.
Alan Perlmutter, president of Paladin, said construction is expected to begin this summer.
Perlmutter said the market will dictate the size and design of the project. He said it's likely the development would consist of four pads or a retail strip between two pads.
