StumbleUCLA pitcher hurls no-hitter against UNLV

UCLA's Amanda Freed pitched a no-hitter against the UNLV softball team as the No. 1 Bruins beat the Rebels 3-0 in the final day of the Easton Classic Monday in Los Angeles. UNLV fell to 12-9, while UCLA improved to 26-0.
It was Freed's third career no-hitter. UNLV had not been no-hit since a 1-0 loss to Arizona on Feb. 22, 1991. The Rebels have had only four no-hitters pitched against them in the school's history.
The Rebels will host Southern Utah in a doubleheader Thursday.
