So I have to decide if I pay my utility bills, or eat, or get prescription drugs, and Bill Walters' biggest decision is what flowers to plant?
What's wrong with this picture? Could we please elect some officials who have some cojones and are not afraid to say no to Steve Wynn and all the other multibillionaires they pucker up to?
