Three lawsuits alleging construction defects at Las Vegas-area developments have been filed.
Nineteen homeowners of the Preserves At Elkhorn Springs sued Elkhorn Partners, Rhodes Realty Inc. and Rhodes Design & Development Corp. doing business as Rhodes Homes, alleging numerous defects in a 90-home development at Elkhorn Road and Buffalo Drive.
Separately, several homeowners at Montero, a North Las Vegas development off Craig Road and Clayton Street, sued Coleman Homes. They claim homes are shifting and tilting due to improperly prepared soil.
And Mariposa Community Association Inc. sued Mariposa Properties Ltd. Partnership and its owner, Robert Davis & Associates LLC, and its contractor, DJ Development & Planning Inc., alleging various defects in its 245-unit condominium development at 3601 North Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas.
None of the defendants could be reached for comment.
