Las Vegas Strip comedy club opening March 29

The "Catch a Rising Star" comedy club will open at the Excalibur hotel-casino on March 29.
The comedy club will be in a 300-seat showroom in the Excalibur's Medieval Village on the second floor. Nightly shows will be at 7:30 and 10 p.m. Tickets will be $16.95, and will be sold at the Excalibur, Luxor, Mandalay Bay and Monte Carlo hotel-casinos.
The club last operated in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand in 1999.
The first "Catch a Rising Star" comedy club opened in New York City in 1972. In addition to its Excalibur club, the company operates clubs in Reno and Princeton, N.J.
