StumbleSwimmers Diaconescu, Livingston win awards

UNLV women's swimming star Lorena Diaconescu and men's swimming standout Andrew Livingston have been named Sportswoman and Sportsman of the Year, respectively, the UNLV Women's Sports Foundation announced on Thursday.
Diaconescu is a two-time NCAA All-American following her 13th place finish in the 200 free at the 2001 Championships. Livingston earned his third NCAA All-America honor in 2001 with a 10th place finish in the 200 butterfly.
