A Clark County grand jury has indicted two people on charges of arson in connection with fires set in Child Haven cars.
The indictment alleges that Richard J. Kravetz and Cynthia Key went to the Child Haven offices at 701 N. Pecos Road on Dec. 29, 1998, and set fire to a number of vehicles owned by the county facility for abused and neglected children.
The indictment alleges that Kravetz filled jugs with a mixture of transmission fluid, oil and gasoline, and drove Key to the offices.
Key is alleged to have poured the mixture on the cars and then lit them on fire.
