Rancho Alta Mira Owners Association sued its developers Rancho Alta Mira LP, Dunmore Homes of Southern California Inc., Dunmore Homes of Nevada Inc. and Sidney B. Dunmore Nevada Inc., alleging defects in the common areas of its 1,350-home development in northwest Las Vegas.
The development is in the area bordered by Craig Road, Decatur Boulevard, Lone Mountain Road and Jones Boulevard. The defendants' attorney could not be reached for comment on the allegations.
