Letter: Thank you, Senator Jeffords

In the last seven years the Republicans expended over $100 million investigating Bill Clinton. Not one dollar went to investigate the oil, gas and energy companies.

Within three days from the date that the control of the Senate went to the Democrats, and the Democrats obtained subpoena power for their committees, the price of my premium leaded gas went from $2.02 to $1.85. Thank you, thank you, Sen. Jim Jeffords.

I would also like to point out that since the Democrats took control of the Senate there have been no rolling blackouts in California, even in the face of record heat in the state of California. Curious isn't it!
