Bernard Edward
Cantwell
Bernard Edward Cantwell, 82, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born April 6, 1919, in Indianapolis. A resident for 48 years, he was a liquor salesman for Nevada Beverage for 25 years, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran and ex-Prisoner of War, a member of the Knights of Columbus, fourth degree grand knight and former third degree grand knight, a member of the National Glider Pilot Association and Holy Family Retreat Association.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Christopher Cantwell and Thomas Cantwell.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; five daughters, Margaret Cantwell, Katheleen Cantwell and Mary Cantwell-Doblado, all of Las Vegas, Shelia Cantwell of Lone Pine, Calif., and Monica Moreland of Reno; four sons, Tim Cantwell of Reno, Patrick Cantwell of Las Vegas, Kevin Cantwell of Watsonville, Calif., and Michael Cantwell of Overton; three sisters, Maryanne Dumond of Indianapolis and Katheleen Holmes and Virginia Cantwell, both of Las Vegas; and 20 grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 5 p.m. until a 7 p.m. rosary Wednesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
Helen M. Coombs
Helen M. Coombs, 88, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born July 1, 1912, in Albion, Mich. A resident for six years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Matier of Live Oak, Fla.; three sons, Ralph Coombs of Roy, Utah, Ronald Coombs of Las Vegas and Gary Coombs of Lady Lake, Fla.; 11 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Allan M. Finberg
Allan M. Finberg, 73, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 2, 1927, in Lawrence, Mass. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired piano salesman and a Korean War Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Irene; three daughters, Darleen Taylor of Aliso Viejo, Calif., Ruth Block of Anaheim, Calif., and Carole Cooper of Puyallup, Wash.; one son, Tim Timm of Southlake, Texas; one sister, Joyce Klein of Los Angeles; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
Arlene Foskaris
Arlene Foskaris, 63, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 12, 1937, in Chicago. A resident for 34 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Thomas Foskaris of Henderson and Nicholas Foskaris of Las Vegas; her mother, Fay Gerstel of Chicago; one sister, Jeanette Atlas of Northbrook, Ill.; two brothers, Michael Goldberg of San Rafael, Calif., and Howard Goldberg of Marin County, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
Services will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Rock L. Johnson
Rock L. Johnson, 44, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 9, 1956, in Washington state. A resident for 16 years, he was a welder and fabricator.
He is survived by his companion, Jana Mowery of Las Vegas; one son, Chad Johnson, his mother, Ruby Johnson, his father, Earl Johnson and one sister, Debra Johnson, all of California.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson.
Musa Bishara
Khaito
Musa Bishara Khaito, 56, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born March 10, 1945, in Bethlehem, Israel. A resident for six years, he was a baker in the gaming industry.
He is survived by his wife, Marie; one daughter, Dina Castellanos, and one son, Emmanuel Khaito, both of Las Vegas; two brothers, Issa Khaito of Las Vegas and Yousef Khaito of Israel; four sisters, Mary Abujaber of Los Angeles, Helen Kayal of Montreal, Angel Bato of Israel and Magedeline Shammas of Virginia; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Jones.
Tim C.H. 'T.C.' Kim
Tim C.H. "T.C." Kim, 60, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 16, 1940, in Waimea, Hawaii. A resident for 12 years, he was an employee at the Sahara Country Club and a retired professional golfer.
He is survived by his wife, JoAnn; and one son, Sean G. Kim of Las Vegas.

Timothy J. Krieger
Timothy J. Krieger, 47, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born June 13, 1954, in New Jersey. A resident for many years, he was a utility worker for a power company.
He is survived by his mother, Violet A. Oelze, and his father, Timothy J. Krieger, both of Florida.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Florida. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Darrow Parker
Darrow Parker, 66, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born July 6, 1934, in Silt, Colo. A resident for 23 years, he was a retired truck driver in the construction industry, a Korean War Navy veteran and a member of Teamsters Union Local 631.
He is survived by three daughters, Lori Worley of Princeton, Ind., Rita Ludwig of West Bend, Iowa, and Karla Harlan of Silt; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Lois Marilyn
Rickard
Lois Marilyn Rickard, 74, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born April 21, 1927, in Rushville, Ind. A resident for 21 years, she was a bookkeeper for Bank of America.
She is survived by three daughters, Roxanne Rickard of Anchorage, Alaska, and Robin Rickard and Helen Rickard, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Janice Payne of Greenfield, Ind.; and one grandson.
Services will be 7:30 p.m. today in St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 4709 S. Nellis Blvd. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Larry Roiter
Larry Roiter, 58, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 11, 1942, in Grand Rapids, Mich. A resident for 11 years, he was a taxicab driver and a member of United Steel Workers in Las Vegas.
He is survived by his wife, Nadelyn; one daughter, Marci Roiter of Hill City, S.D.; and three sons, Howard Roiter of Crown Point, Ind., and Eric Roiter and Jason Roiter, both of Las Vegas.
Graveside services will be 9 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest. King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane, is handling arrangements.

R.J. van der Harten
R.J. van der Harten, 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born May 16, 1922, in the Netherlands. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired airline deputy general manager.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years; one son and daughter-in-law and their three children.
