Recent gaming industry appointments and promotions:
Vicki LePore is vice president of player development for Station Casinos' East Las Vegas operations and William Springgate is director of facilities at Sunset Station.
Bobby Taylor is bingo manager at the Plaza's new bingo room.
D. Brett Hale is vice president of government affairs at the American Gaming Association.
Marti Molnar is a sales executive at IGT's Gaming System Division.
Steven Bell is senior vice president, human resources and Kim Sinatra is senior vice president and deputy general counsel at Park Place Entertainment.
Major General U.S. Air Force (Ret.) Paul A. Harvey was appointed to the board of directors of Riviera Holdings Corp. Harvey is a consultant to the gaming industry and serves as chairman of the board of the National Center for Responsible Gaming.
Ted Barber is vice president of procurement for Ameristar Casinos.
