Flamingo Road, all on Tuesday; 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Wednesday at MPower Communications, 3301 N. Buffalo Drive; 9 a.m-2 p.m. at the Clark County Courthouse, 200 S. 3rd St., 1st Floor, 6-11 a.m. at Sunrise Hospital, 3186 S. Maryland Parkway, and 3:30-8:30 p.m. at LDS Boulder City Chapel, 916 5th St., all on Thursday; 1-6 p.m. Saturday at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 4519 Simmons St.; and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Culinary Union, 1630 S. Commerce St. and 8 a.m.-6 p.m. at the Golden Nugget hotel-casino, 129 E. Fremont St., both on Monday.
Job seekers invited to fair
More than 20 employers are expected to hire prospective employees at an Employment Extravaganza from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Thursday at WorkSource Southern Nevada, 2401 Las Verdes St., one block west of Valley View Blvd., at Sahara Avenue.
Job seekers should have a resume and be ready to meet with individuals representing communication, banking and finance, travel and transportation, hotel and casino, retail and medical industries. Job seekers will also have a brief orientation to the free services at WorkSource, which include access to job listings and referrals, information on education and training, resume writing assistance, job search and placement and resource room services.
