President Bush has the same answer for the environmentalists about pollution and global warming as the tobacco executives had for Congress about smoking: "There is no scientific proof of the danger." They must have the same speechwriter.
The president also says that we should not do anything to inconvenience Big Business because it might cost jobs and, besides, China pollutes.
