Sage Creek Homeowners Association and five homeowners sued Watt Residential Partners doing business as Watt Homes-Nevada Division and John Laing Homes (California) Inc., alleging defects in a 230-unit single family home development in east Las Vegas.
A Watt official declined comment on the allegation.
