Scissors Palace, A Las Vegas beauty salon, said it changed its name to "Versailles Salon & Day Spa" in compliance with a federal judge's order to stop infringing against Caesars Palace's trademark and operating under that name.
The salon said it has destroyed all Scissors Palace signs, brochures and business cards, discontinued a website that operated under that former name, stopped running TV advertisements under that name and requested a new telephone directory ad that uses the Versailles mark for the July 2001 directory.
