Gabriel Camacho
Gabriel Camacho, 41, of North Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 2, 1960, in Mexico. A resident for seven years, he was an electrician for Western Electric.
He is survived by his wife, Leticia; three daughters, Alejandra Camacho, Gabriela Camacho and Desteny Camacho, and one son, Bryant Camacho, all of North Las Vegas; his father, Jose Camacho of Las Vegas; four sisters, Francisca Romero and Vilma Ortiz, both of California, Carmen Felix of Las Vegas and Enriqueta Rodriguez of Mexico; three brothers, Jose Camacho Jr. and Martin Camacho, both of Las Vegas and Enrique Camacho of California; and one granddaughter.

Thomas Gani
Rosalee Thomas Gani, 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born June 4, 1921, in Louisiana. A resident for 20 years, she was an office clerk for Horizon International.
She is survived by one son, Albert Gani; one daughter, Sandi DelGiudice; three brothers, Manid Thomas, Tommy Thomas and Junior Thomas; one sister, Minera Gullette; and one grandchild.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Graveside services will follow at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Medeiros Garcia
Frederick Leon Medeiros Garcia, 58, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 20, 1942, in Honolulu. A resident for three years, he was a retired technician in the communications industry.
He is survived by his wife, Christie; two daughters, Kimberly Garcia of Honolulu and Kristen Garcia of Hilo, Hawaii; five sons, Jonrick Garcia of Kohala, Hawaii, Jaerick Garcia of Honolulu and Lyle Garcia, Lyno Garcia and Frederick Garcia Jr., all of Las Vegas; one sister, Bernadette Iwane, and three brothers, George Iwane, Dereck Clemente and Glenn Clemente, all of Kaneohe, Hawaii; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
Rhoda Goussak
Rhoda Goussak, 63, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born July 8, 1937, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 41 years, she was a retired school principal, a member of B'nai B'rith Women, Jewish Teachers Coalition, Sun City MacDonald Ranch Mah Jongg Club and Women's American Ort.
She is survived by two sons, Gregory Goussak of Henderson and Kenneth Goussak of Redondo Beach, Calif.; her father, Harry Firstenberg of Henderson; one brother, Allen Firstenberg of Encino, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to the Midbar Kodesh Temple, 6000 S. Eastern, Suite B, Las Vegas, NV 89120 or the Milton I. Schwartz Hebrew Academy, 9700 W. Hillpointe Road, Las Vegas, NV 89134.
Frankie M. Janeway
Frankie M. Janeway, 78, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 14, 1922, in McKinney, Texas. A resident for 13 years, she was a civil service engineer technician involved in the drawings of the first guided missile, the Side Winder.
She is survived by three daughters, Janice Spears and Leigh Ellison, both of Las Vegas and Barbara Matthews of Eagle Valley; one son, Paul Janeway of Las Vegas; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services were 10 a.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial followed at 12:30 p.m. in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City.
Lota Mae Moss
Lota Mae Moss, 81, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 25, 1919, in Washington state. A resident for 25 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, James Moss of Las Vegas; one sister, Linda Brown of Green Valley, Calif.; two brothers, Harod Pack and Earl Pack, both of Washington; and seven grandchildren.

Malcolm T. Thompson
Malcolm T. Thompson, 77, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local health care center. He was born Nov. 30, 1923, in Port Gibson, Okla. A resident for 38 years, he was a waiter for many years, a retired freelance writer who wrote newspaper editorials and for several magazines including Nevada, Travellin', Las Vegas and Alfred Hitchcock and was a Korean War Marine Corps veteran and band member.
He is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Tisdale and Cheryl Snider, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Esther Thompson of Riverside, Calif.; one brother, Melvin Thompson of Sacramento; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-8 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Chapel, Main.
Simon Peter Yorks
Simon Peter Yorks, 86, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 30, 1915, in Saginaw, Mich. A resident for nine years, he was a retired chemical company foreman.
He is survived by his wife, Marie; two daughters, Karen Haggar of Las Vegas and Coe Slattery of Tucson, Ariz.; two sisters, Genevieve Edwards of Lakewood, Colo., and Agnes Coyeos of New Ellenton, S.C.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
